“幸福禅养生保健”功法,如果坚持锻炼,能调节人体的神经系统的功能。使神经反射加快,
心脏跳动有力,排血增加,肌肉的力量加强,体力不会衰竭。缺乏锻炼,老年人易得高胆固醇,
而诱发各种心血管系统如高血压病症、心脏病等; 缺少运动,可造成神经衰弱、心悸、忧郁症
和贫血等。
基于上述之因,我们这一群学员在 Master Richard
Cheng 师父的指导下,从星期一到六的清晨
8点到9点半,在白沙公园进行气功活动。

Shirley 女士以充满喜乐与感激之心述说去年2008年5月动了个大手术。7月来到了公园,与大
伙儿一起练气功。再过两个月,竟然能到韩国旅游,还登上了当地的名山。她患有30年的消化不
良也因为勤练“幸福禅”功法,而完完全全痊愈;如今连她最爱的美味佳肴如“叻沙”,也能享用。

I was introduced to my first qigong class back in
September, 2008. Master Richard Cheng took
a lot of effort and patience to ensure all the
students were taught the basic movements and
the reasons behind them.
I thoroughly enjoy our qigong classes together, as it is
also an avenue to get to know like minded
people who are interested in wanting to build
good health and peace of mind..
Richard has always instilled in us, a sense of
sharing our experiences in order to help each other
to move along progressively. Richard does not
charge us for his teachings. I know some people
believe that if you are being charged a fee, then the
higher the better.
On the contrary, I believe that a good teacher or
master, does not teach with financial gain in
mind, but teaches from the heart. In this
respect, Richard has always displayed his passion in
teaching qigong for the benefit of all
the students.
I am very grateful to Richard for helping me to
improve my Qi in my body system. His method on
damo yiyinjing also helps me to strengthen my
muscles, tendons, sinews and joints. As a result,
I enjoy my golf more now, due to the
improvement of my body flexibility and strength.
In conclusion, I would like to express my
appreciation and gratitude to Richard, for all his time and
effort, to help us in our daily qigong
practices. I would certainly encourage new comers to come
and join us, to build a healthy body and
mind. for nobody can do that for us other than we ourselves.

On 12.09.09, I told master Richard Cheng that it
was exactly my first anniversary under his
wings as his ardent qigong student. Prior
to that, I had practically zero knowledge about qigong.
What follows after is my absolute faith in a man who
so selflessly devotes his time in showing us
the path in bringing heaven to earth and
in harmonizing our energy in our body, spirit and mind.
His passion speaks for itself when
he imparts his invaluable knowledge to us in
a) Channel Qi to nine gates and Qi flowing to 8
Special meridians for warming up exercise,
b) Practice Arahat form
c) Six sounds, qigong with basic Panzi(flexing
the finger)
d) Damo yijinjing
From observation and personal experiences, I can see and tell
that all of us truly benefit from
the above 4 forms of exercises. This
is evidenced by most of our personal outlook and
appearances, life in perspective by all
those who shared their innermost experiences and most
of all, by us all who perform our qigong
exercises with so much joy and fun.
Qigong is not the end all of our daily exercise routine. We
had pot luck party on occasions.
Imagine all the delicious food laid out for us to feast!
We have many good cooks and to this,
I say a big "thank you" to you lady
cooks. A very big "thank you" to you too Richard, and
may
you be blessed always with abundance of good
health and good wealth.

I was introduced to Qigong as a form of health
maintenance exercise in year 2005 by Master
Richard. I was skeptical about it as I had
believe in general exercises like jogging and swimming
which are recognized by majority population.
Though Qigong did not win my trust then, it never
failed in getting me to accept the fact that it
existed for centuries is not for nothing.
Half-heartedly, I joined the group for practice
occasionally. I am not sure what benefits have I
gained through the practices but only
recently, I realized it. I was down with viral infection and
high fever for days. After I recovered, my body
was weak and somehow, my old back injuries
relapsed, though not as bad as
before. Recalling back my health condition since I picked up
Qigong,
together with some research I did on 'Qi', I
realized what Master Richard told me is true.
How well will Qigong further benefit me? I have no
idea. However, it is definitely a 'YES' to put in
extra efforts to make it a health
maintenance exercise for me!

My wife and I were introduced to Happy Zen Qi Gong by
chance and we have been practising this qi gong for
more than half a year. We realized by practising
Happy Zen Qi Gong ours body and health have improved,
especially my wife's health condition.
For the whole of last year, my wife had been seeing both
Western and Chinese doctors weekly, even consulted
specialist doctor. She would develop throat swelling/pain
whenever she consumed a small portion of food stuff
which is heaty, ie. Roti Prata, deep fried stuff,
chill..etc. After practising Happy Zen Qi Gong for about 3 months,
she is able
to take those heaty food stuff in moderate amount. And she do not have to
visit any doctor any more.
For myself, I felt both my keen will not feel pain any
more when I go for jogging after practising Happy Zen Qi Gong
for about 4 months. How amazing Happy Zen Qi Gong has
changed ours health conditions!!!...Cheers.

Incredible Benefits from Happy Zen Qigong!!!
I met Master Richard Cheng in Aug 2009 at
Pasir Ris Beach during one of my training session
for my IPPT. He told
me about the benefits of Happy Zen Qigong and invited me to join
his
class.
For many years, I always had the problem of
passing my standard board jump test, however,
having practiced Happy Zen Qigong for only
two months, I could feel my body
becoming lighter,
healthier. I just
passed my last IPPT two weeks ago without much effort needed :)
